Like many developing countries, the labor force is mostly young. Taking this into account, we want to attract these assets to agricultural businesses by supporting the initiatives of new entrepreneurs in this sector such as cooperative applications or the distribution of inputs to small producers, but also by providing new concrete outlets via training conducted by the private sector.
Another important lever for this support will be women, since the majority of agricultural workers are women. This support will be directed to several sectors, it is to reduce the hardness of work via the mechanization of difficult agricultural tasks such as plowing. Open the field of professional opportunities for women by giving them the opportunity to access the same types of training as men.
Combat undernourishment by promoting the development of local varieties that are simple to produce and accessible to all.
To contribute to all these initiatives and following a consultation of each submitted project, we will offer our services and facilitate access to funding.
